Suggestion-Volunteer Platform for Teaching Regional Languages
The three-language policy is a great step to preserve India’s linguistic diversity. To strengthen it further, I suggest launching a #free volunteer-based# platform where citizens can teach their regional language to others across the country.
Retired teachers, professionals, and senior citizens can lead as volunteers, while interested learners from other states can join online or in local community sessions. This will create direct interaction between people of different regions, promoting mutual respect and cultural understanding.
Such a platform will help preserve endangered dialects, encourage youth to learn Indian languages beyond their mother tongue, and give retired professionals a meaningful way to contribute.
This citizen-driven approach will make language learning practical, personal, and participatory while celebrating India’s unity in diversity.
