Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister, I wish to humbly present a concept for your kind consideration—formation of a structured, disciplined civilian volunteer corps, tentatively named “Bengal Volunteers”, which may later be expanded across the nation. The idea is to mobilize educated, physically fit, and socially committed youth into a non-political, service-oriented force trained in basic discipline, disaster response, social mediation, and civic responsibility. Such a body can act as a reliable support system to citizens during emergencies, assist in community-level coordination, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability at the grassroots. The volunteers would not exercise any authority of enforcement but would function within the legal framework—supporting administration, aiding people in distress, and discouraging minor corruption through awareness and reporting mechanisms. India already has inspiring frameworks like the National Cadet Corps and National Service Scheme.

​Dear Honorable Prime Minister, ​I am writing to propose a nationwide initiative to combat rising temperatures through structured tree plantation. To ensure a sustainable future, we must leverage our greatest assets: students and the workforce. ​1. Educational Institutions: Integrate tree plantation into the curriculum. Every student should plant and nurture one native tree annually. Tracking growth via a digital portal can be linked to academic credits, instilling lifelong environmental stewardship. ​2. Workforce Participation: Mandate "Individual Environmental Responsibility" for employees. Private and public sectors should encourage staff to plant one tree yearly, with success tied to professional recognition or "Green Bonuses." ​Vision: This initiative will create massive carbon sinks, reduce urban heat by 3-5°C, and recharge groundwater. I am writing to share an inspiring story of a young farmer, Mr. Chandru, from Kunabevu village in Chitradurga district, Karnataka, for possible inclusion in an upcoming episode of Mann Ki Baat. Chandru (35) has been practicing natural and regenerative farming for six years on his 5-acre farm with his father, Mr. Kenchappa. Through integrated cropping, use of bio-inputs like Jeevamrutha and Beejamrutha, and biodigesters, he has improved yields while promoting sustainable agriculture. His efforts have inspired over 80 farmers to adopt natural farming, and he actively supports them by providing indigenous cows and bio-inputs free of cost. His vision to transform his village into a “Natural Farming Village” reflects the goals of sustainability, soil health, and farmer empowerment. Hindi ke vikash par Joor diya jaye

Prior to 1942, the education session in India was from 1st January to 31st December. The present session June to May next year has many drawbacks.As the admission work happens in July and August, the rainy season with lot of communication problem, particularly in rural area brings sufferings for students. Now, annual exam. is held in hot Summer which could be held in December. During the gap period after annual exam.,students can help parents in their agricultural work, can move different places to visit in winter.Now,there is dry period from May after the annual exam. till August when the classes start which will not happenb if session is changed. Bedides,the Summer season can be utilised by the students in study at home. My request is to change the education session in Bharat to the period from January to December.
