Vision India proposes the creation of block-level Ophthalmic Outreach Centres (OOCs) and Mobile Ophthalmic Capsules (MOCs)—a hybrid infrastructure combining fixed and mobile eye care to deliver screenings, refractions, and referrals directly to underserved populations. Preventable and treatable conditions such as cataract, refractive errors, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy remain underdiagnosed due to geographical, economic, and infrastructural barriers. Eye care is universal ; because every human, sooner or later, needs it. From childhood vision tests to old age cataracts - eye care touches every life and is a right of every individual. The initiative aims to reduce preventable blindness, create awareness, and integrate eye care with primary health systems assisted with technology and Artificial Intelligence.

SIr, I am a senior citizen at Mumbai aged 72 years. My topic is: there is always been a deviatioin between education and career , responsibilties between pre married life and married life, effort and result, Income and savings and investment. We are told that an individual is alone is responsible for them. But I feel that family and society also contribute to the success and failure.

The tears of the poor people are hidden, no action is taken against the people of very rich families, the law and order system is not working properly, here the grain market prices are increasing, the poor are sleeping on the streets, girls are being exploited but the government is sitting silent because this is not your daughter, hence you are running the government but those who are going to make that government the government are the people who give their precious votes to you, what I get in return is whining.

Please revise the reservation policy to make it rationalize for the needy-only (irrespective of caste, religion, region or income limit/status). With the help of revised rationalised reservation policy, the needy will get enough support from the competent public authorities without denial/delay in extending the needful support. Also, please introduce the Merit Policy to provide the equal opportunities for all. Please reintroduce the lateral entry policy to ensure equal opportunities are given. Please do the needful sir.

It has definitely been said to keep the matter of honor but it is not the government that will listen. Whatever people are saying in general is being ignored. We cast precious votes to form the government but the government listens to us. Now we are told to keep the matters of the mind in mind. However, now this government is not going to listen to the matters of the mind.
