We should launch a competition at village levels for best business plan or Project Report or new business ideas. The best ones should be awarded certificate and some money. It can work as catalyst. We need to create an awakening to launch start ups. An atmosphere of competition and achievements need to be created. Gove need not spend a lot, but create a culture. A lottery for award or loan for best idea at each level can be started. People once awakened will find their own way and money to set up the new businesses and become employer rather than an employee. A small government budget on this competition can create a national awakening and craze resulting into many new businesses.

The overall tax collection has increased & peoples awareness in nation building is also increased a lot, To continue this progress & make people more happy & knowledgeable, the government should make Health & education main agenda, The education should be freedom all & health care also needs to free & uniform to all society without any discrepancy. Health, education ,law & order& Defence & security are to be main functions of the government,. The government spending should be prioritise on thease fir functions.
