Dear Sir: the dumping ground of the garbage generated each day in the city of Kolkata is known as "Dhapa". This is a huge area and huge garbage spreads pollution in air and water everyday. This is going on for many many years. This is a disaster that is going to happen. The city must be rescued from this danger at the earliest. In our country it is not east to get disability certificate, specially in Uttar Pradesh, On applying for the UDID site they have send the application to CMO, there is no committee for the issuing of disability certificate. In Lucknow CMO recommends the same to Balrampur Hospital then a Doctor recommend you to do the testing from KGMU. My son have a hearing problem due to weekness of auditory nerve, Balrampur hospital asked us to do the testing of PTA & BERA test from KGMU. KGMU have waiting of 36 months for BERA test. My son is completing graduation now and if he is waiting for 36 months to get the disability certificate then how is his future. Please say something on health services. The books that are used in India need to be oriented towards learning and gaining relevant knowledge in order to acquire the necessary skills and competencies. The time spent on history and events from the past, for instance revolutions, should not be excessive since all these have little impact on helping students develop and get a better job in the future. In order to cater to the changing needs in terms of education, the books need to include topics and content related to critical thinking skills, communication, application of technology, and problem-solving skills. This is an important way to ensure success.

I had a question, how can software engineers solve the cooking gas cylinder problem in india through machine learning like clustering etc. and help avoid black marketing of cylinders? Problem is people have gas cylinder booked at their home towns where their parents are staying in their home towns. How can they get a new cylinder by getting cylinders in their parents names?
