Here's the calculation to arrive at a normalised population figure to decide on number of MPs statewise. Arrive at the median or mean growth rate of population in states say over the last 10 years . Normalise statewise population with this factor. Add to the base figure . Tweak it to reflect reality a little better . Take the difference between the actual and the arrived figures. Add half of this to get at the accepted population. Decide number MPs proportionate to this accepted population figures in each state . ..... Purpose 1. Not to punish the states which took population control measures seriously. 2. To accept the fact that real population needs to be represented properly . 3. To keep the mismatch to an acceptable minimum.

I belong to a countryside where the education level is very poor, especially after 10+2. Most students’ parents depend on farming and cannot afford higher education or living expenses outside the village. Due to this, many students drop out, take up small jobs like driving, and some fall into harmful habits like alcohol, smoking, and drugs. Lack of awareness, career guidance, and financial support makes the situation worse. If India aims to become a developed nation by 2047, the government must improve rural education, provide scholarships, free coaching, and introduce an education insurance/policy, especially for students from early classes, to secure their future.”

Social and demographic issues involve challenges arising from population dynamics size, structure, migration and their impacts on society, notably affecting developing nations like India. Key issues include rapid urbanization leading to slum growth, high youth unemployment 83% of the total unemployed, an aging population due to falling fertility rates, and social conflicts driven by caste or religious divides. Key Demographic and Social Issues Population Growth & Pressure: High population density causes intense competition for resources, resulting in poverty, income inequality, and strain on public infrastructure (housing, healthcare, sanitation emographic Dividend vs. Disaster: A large youth population can be a boost or a burden. If youth are not educated and skilled, it leads to widespread unemployment and social instability.Aging Population: Falling fertility rates in many regions raise concerns about an aging population and a shrinking workforce i

Respected Narendra Modi Ji, My name is Tanmay Sharma, and I am a student of Class IX at Army Public School Ratnuchak, Jammu. With great respect, I would like to present another innovative idea that could contribute to the development of both cities and villages. I suggest the creation of “Smart Community Centers” in every village and urban locality. These centers can act as multi-purpose hubs providing digital learning facilities, basic healthcare check-ups, skill training workshops, and access to government services—all in one place. Students can use them for online education, farmers can receive real-time agricultural guidance, and local people can learn new skills like coding, entrepreneurship, or modern farming techniques. Additionally, these centers can be powered by renewable energy sources like solar panels, making them sustainable and cost-effective. They can also serve as emergency support centers during natural disasters or crises, ensuring safety for citizens. Thnks
