As you are aware, pluses of husk are an essential component of the livestock , and the GST levied on them was causing significant financial hardship to farmers and dairy sector. Your decision to exempt these husk of pluses( churi/chilka/khanda) from GST has not only provided much-needed relief to these sectors, but it has also contributed to the overall sustainability and growth of the agriculture industry. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to you and your government for your commitment to supporting the agriculture sector and for your efforts to make this exemption a reality.
