आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री जी आपकी सरकार के द्वारा संचालित योजनाएं धरातल पर नजर नहीं आ रही हैं,विशेषकर अल्पसंख्यक क्षेत्रों में इनका प्रचार प्रसार नही किया जाता और ना ही विभागीय अधिकारी इसमें रुचि लेते हैं एक वजह ये भी हैं की अल्पसंख्यक बहुल इलाकों में जब तक योजनाएं धरातल पर नहीं पहुंच पाएंगी और जब तक जनप्रतिनिधि जमीनी स्तर पर इन इलाकों में नहीं जायेंगे तब तक सरकार के प्रति नजरिए में परिवर्तन कैसे संभव होगा,विशेषकर संभल जिले में हम ऐसे ही हीलाहवाली देख रहे हैं, न जान प्रतिनिधि ध्यान देते हैं और न ही गांव आदि का दौरा करते हैं।
