Why should we expect reasonable behavior from legislators when they can win so easily by gathering en masse of votes in a pluralistic society ? Bengal model of governance is being copied merrily in Maharashtra, Delhi and elsewhere. It’s so easy for well-bonded group or sub-community to organize blockades anywhere.Mercifully our Defence Forces have been revitalized.

Hello PM Sir, During COVID times to keep passengers safe many states adopt 50% occupancy rule in our city buses. This in a way increases our transport expenses. I have a suggestion on introducing temporary barriers (proposal attached herewith) that can allow us to reduce the burden of added cost not only on government spend but also de-stress environment and reduce pollution.
