Sir, There are certain Fundamental Rights in Constitution. Then there are other rights also, including the Right to Education. The time has come to enact Duty to Educate and make the State, Administration and Parents duty-bound to educate the child of the nation. Street children should be brought to school compulsorily by the administration, NGOs, Police etc and some system can be devised for that. Parents and guardians should be duty-bound to send the children to schools, else penalised.

Govt. should make oxygen plant construction for every 100 or above bed compulsory.Govt. should decided also about minimum ventilator facility bed say 50 bed.It is surprise that we increased penalty on traffic rule violation but we could not make any rule for penalty on disapproved covid behavior. There is no mechanism developed on issue of vaccination certificate to individual based on vaccination proof of the dates as per vaccinated person instead govt. providing certificates on wrong record.
