There are a lot of social crimes in our country through mobile. example taking money in the name of installing mobile towers,Fraud call in the name of bank loan, Fraud call in the name of bonus gift,Women Disturbing, Call Threats, All these are for the crime mobile number privacy. As a senior doctor, I understand need for development of this at village level. this can be done by following model of Shri Abdul Kalam, our past president. I will be happy to explain more details to concerned person. basic idea is to facilitate development of one private hospital of about 30 beds with tertiary health care facilities, between a population of about 1 lakh I.e. approximately 10 villages.
