However, some states are asking for submission of RTI application in physical form, even today. For any employee, this becomes a major hurdle for getting any information under RTI, as they have to apply leave and file as RTI application. I request your kind self to instruct all the concerned to ensure submission of RTI application, online, in all states.

I have total 18 years of corporate HR experience. I have started my own business of HR Process Consulting to Startups & MSMEs to enhance their employee strength through HR Policies & implementing HR system . Here is my observation about POSH Act : 1. Very less employers are ready to implement POSH Act. 2. They are not aware of the IC Committee. 3. 31st January was last date to file the return of POSH, I doubt how many have done the compliance. Here is my suggestion : 1. Companies have to declare the IC committee in ROC filing. 2. There is no cross check on that from Government side. 3. As POSH is applicable to employers having more than 10 employees as like ESIC. 4. Please assign one REGISTARTION code for POSH & link it to PF & ESIC code. 5. Then only employers will take it seriously

Dearest Modi Ji, Kindly recognise the honest taxpayer by providing them some preference in essential facilities (such as railway tickets, hospitals, education, Tolls, etc.) which will boost the honest taxpayer and encourage more Indians to pay Income Tax. Also we need to focus on Foods quality, now days there is no control on mixing and chemical based products, resulting large population is suffering from health issues. Food control dept in India is very week, we need to do something in that area pls. We should launch Swatch Bharat phase-2, there was an impact from initial drive but continues drive is required to achieve the desired level. For MNC’s and Family Businesses working in India, we should encourage them to ensure the work life balance of their employees, where world is moving towards 4 working day concepts we should at least start thinking for 5 working days , this is must to have a good mental health. We should increase the 80C Tax exemption limits, 1.5lac is too low.

As a common Man of Rural Karnataka I appose the decision related to Recent amendment made by CM Bommai in Land grabbing prohibition act of Karnataka. By the New amendment sep 2022 He exempted all illegally occupied lands of Rural area from the Act, and saved the land Grabbers from the punishment on the Name of farmers... How could a common Man can digest this move of govt? and How could public land of Rural area get protected? how could a govt deprived of public land from legal protection? In my village a congress leader illegally occupied women's public toilet and anganwadi building and Constructed his House on that govt land. The case is pending in the court... but now it will get abet..! The Bommai govt always moving against the will and wish of common man of the state. Govt not Listening the Voice of common people but they required the Votes of common people. How could it possible?
