This will lead to net zero emissions . 5) Congrats for making budgetary allocation of Rs. 19700 crore for the National Green Hydrogen Mission. As envisaged by our forward looking PMJI, total carbon neutrality can be achieved by 2070. 6) Exports of Gem and jewellery should touch 100 billion dollars from present 40 Bn.dollars

Sir, we are generating so much single use plastic on a daily basis which is increasing the size of our landfills and also polluting our soil and water cycle. On the other hand, in the highway and building construction work, so much of high quality top fertile soil is being used to fill the foundations. We have got this top soil after thousands of years of nature’s work. Why can’t it be made mandatory for the construction sector to use only waste plastics and debris accumulated in the landfills for filling in the foundation? This way the landfill size would reduce and the top soil would be saved.
