Namaste ji, I am a self employed person. I would like to share my vision and ideas with you to encounter unnecessary expenditure on future elections. Recent days I've observe freebies and cash distribution on by-election. Really feeling bad for these activities of the corrupted parties behaviour with the poor people. I'll suggest few points to regulate in future elections. No elections will be conduct if following points are encounter with the situations. 1. If the second party having vote percentage of less than 5%. Second party will be the unopposed candidate of the constitution. 2. Elections should be conduct if the candidate died or resignation his constituency (MLA/MP). 3. Only electronic payments should be done more than 2000₹. No. Land or buliding registration will be conduct, If elections procedures in progress. 4. In case of whole assembly election in progress. No Caretaker CM will be there for admin. 5. For the 3 months State governor only the administrating authority.

Respected PM sir Namaskaar, i would like to share my views on current education system, which is required to desrupt. 1. Subjects and teching methods are too old and not relevent to current context. 2. Some historians have changed history and showing only one community contribution, there is very less relevent or truth and which is putting a wrong impressions in our kids mind. 3. There is no skill based teaching in schools.Kids dont know what they have to do after 12th. 4. Private schools are charging bomb for this current old subject/method and looting people. Nobody even lower class also dont want to send thier kids in Govt schools. 5. Everyone and our intellects aware about this but there is no significant work to change this practice. I have some ideas .

The practice of hiring retired government employees as consultants has become widespread, despite the fact that it undermines the interests of young and qualified individuals who are seeking employment opportunities. These consultants are paid large salaries and are provided with various allowances and benefits, including vehicle facilities. This has resulted in a scenario where the salary of one retired consultant can cover the salaries of 2-3 young individuals who are in dire need of employment and their family will be supported. It is also a matter of concern that these retired consultants, being well-versed in the workings of the government system, have a greater chance of misusing or misleading it to their advantage, which is not in the best interest of the society. I respectfully request that the Government of India to halt this practice instead Govt dept can seek service from retired employee on honorarium basis rather than regular employment.
