Namaskaara sir, 1.Many trains for (ex:12618,12617) has replaced 3+2general coaches by either ac or sleeper coaches resulting in 1+1 general coaches. This has led to heavy rush in general coaches. Solution: Kindly maintain atleast 3+2 general coaches in express trains. 2.Most cities, towns and villages are making their liquid waste disposal directly into water sources.This has led to very high cost of potable water in India, made this earth unlivable for aquatic organisms Solution: Can you make legislative act which prevents 100% disposal of Grey water or waste water into water sources. Instead use it for reforestation, agriculture usage or vindustrial purposes. 3. Can you please request via "Mann ki baaat" or anyoher medium to people of our country that in no case people in yhe name of faith/shraddha/giving alms put pooja items, clothes etc directly into water bodies. Businessmen of that Industrial area would be allowed to take a membership and play their desired games that include physical activity and fresh air to breathe. 1. Firstly, it will ensure the physical health of the member. 2. It will ensure the mental health of the member as now he would spend atleast an hour with himself at peace and happiness away from the continuous stress that he deals with everyday. 3. This will improve the connections of people across the whole Industrial Area. They will meet & greet with each other which will improve their social life and fulfil their social needs. 4. It will have a major impact on their efficiency in doing business and will feel much more confident. 5. It will be a welcome move by the government and it will be appreciated all across the country.

I request for quarter century of SHIKSHA KA AMRUT KAAL-first DECADE OF PRIMARY EDUCATION, THEN decade of SECONDARY EDUCATION, then 5 year for Higher education. I am sure government has all details about pathetic condition of infrastructure & poor quality of basic education teachers - without improving primary education at village level, no long term developments will be maintainable & sustainable. About 90% will be waste & futile. We face great hardships in teaching (Forget about education which is many galaxies away) students who do not have basic primary ,secondary education knowledge- percentile system already pushed most illiterate & undeserving students in medical education - in long term, detrimental to lives of public, will add to decline/downfall of GDP added by Road accidents-may assure life in danger by untrained, unskilled medical professionals - WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH SLOW & SUSTAINED MASS MURDERS-MASSIVE SHORTAGE OF TEACHERS & medical colleges at every corner

Dear PM sir, We really fail to understand why are you not doing anything concrete against corruption in govt offices? Why do we always need to bribe to get the work done? Why there is one category of professions called liaising? Why we always see brokers around offices? Why does the clerk approach us for bribe for himself and his bosses? Why the wealth of govt officials are not checked properly? Why we don’t have a serious redressal forum against corruption?

मोदी जी नमस्कार हम नए विचारों के साथ अपने गांवों को पारदर्शी और स्वच्छ बनाने का प्रयास कर सकते हैं। वर्तमान में असम के गोलाघाट जिले के खुमताई निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से विधायक श्री मृणाल सैकिया 17 फरवरी से 6 मार्च तक जिला परिषद क्षेत्र के आधार पर अंतर ग्राम स्वच्छता प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन कर रहे हैं। प्रतियोगिता में 148 गांवों ने भाग लिया और तेज गति से सफाई अभियान जारी रखा। प्रतियोगिता का पुरस्कार प्रथम-1 किलोमीटर ग्राम सड़क, द्वितीय-10 लाख विकास योजना, तृतीय-8 लाख रुपये विकास योजना, चतुर्थ-5 लाख रुपये विकास योजना,पांचवां-3 लाख विकास योजना है। असम के मुख्यमंत्री प्रत्येक जिला परिषद में भाग लेकर परिणाम घोषित करेंगे ।स्वच्छ अभियान प्रतियोगिता में गांव की दादी-नानी भी पीछे नहीं हैं देश के माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के विचार खुमताई विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विधायक के प्रयासों से खुमताई विधानसभा क्षेत्र के गांवों में प्लास्टिक मुक्त गांव बनाने का अनूठा प्रयास है।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम विषय- दवाइयों की बास्तविक कीमत। महोदय जी, हमारे देश में दवा माफिया का राज चलता है। और वर्तमान समय में तो ऐसा लगता है कि सरकार भी इनका कुछ नहीं कर पा रही है। ऐसा नहीं कहूंगा कि सरकार ने कोई प्रयास नहीं किया लेकिन रिशवत् खोर सिस्टम और दवा माफिया की जुगलबंदी सरकार पर भारी पड़ रही है। जन औषधि केन्द्र की को डॉक्टर फेल कर रहे हैं। मरीज़ को कौन से मेडिकल स्टोर से दवा लेनी है यह डॉक्टर बताता है। जब तक दवा निर्माता कंपनी पर दवा की बास्तविक कीमत लिखने का कानून नहीं बनेगा तब तक यह जुगलबंदी नही टूटेगी। 10रुपए की दवा को 100 का लेबल लगा दिया जाता है।
