Now, I may share an idea that government should launch a "RE-Make in India" campaign. The purpose of this should be to re-cyle the waste products. The best example I can think of is how used newspaper was re-cycled in making envelops used by shoppers. It is still done, however, there is much that can be done. A number of plastic water bottles, sweets wrappers, and a lot of other products are dumped. By this campaign, people will achieve by reducing waste and keeping the environment clean. When your other campaigns have become a peoples' movement, I am confident, once your government plans and executes this campaign, people will join. Jai Hind.

Medical Oxygen is a big business and is monopolized by two companies in India with a large chain of distributors. When Oxygen plants were tendered with funds provisioning from PM Care fund these two companies forced the Ministry of Health to block the tender. The JS responsible in collution with these companies got the tender cancelled. This created a deliberate shortage of Oxygen. The JS was promoted to next level lobbied by these companies. Millions suffered because and PM faced severe falls.

Recently in your speech at the 1st Convocation Ceremony at Rashtriya Raksha University, you did appeal to the new graduates and the officers from various security organisations about changing the perception of police personnel among the people. In that context, Mr PM, I would like to share an example from here in Australia. Here there is an organisation called PCYC - Police Community and Youth Club. It is in every major city/town in every state. Its prime role is to run various programs, as a collective partnership between local Police & the community. These programs include safe driving, health and sports to build skills and character among youths, building leadership skills, etc. It also works to counter the impact of juvenile offending. The Police youth case managers’ approach has proven results and contributes towards reducing reoffending rates by 60 to 70 per cent.
