It would be best to have Orphan Monitoring system by Government Authority in each place near the bus stop, national highways, roads, temples, mosques, skywalks, etc. In addition it would be best to monitor orphanage centers also. Because if an orphan gets into good hands, they will work towards progress of nation. But if the same orphan gets into hands of terrorists, they can harm nation through unexpected disasters. It is also best to have a detailed census to know the strength of individuals who can help building nation at all times in all better ways. As a nation we are a big family. So we need to have structured plan to utilise individual strength to improve quality of citizens life. Namaste sir first of all you are trying your level best to make this country a best country and I am proud to be an Indian. Few suggestions are 1. Some schemes to control the Global warming-Strict rules for Tourist going to visit places full of nature like snowy area or oceans, lakes etc must be made. Tourists should not throw any garbage, waste like plastic things there. Secondly the hotels and restaurants must follow the strict rules so that they don't pollute these natural resources eg. Drainage system, Rain water harvesting, Waste disposal, Drinking water management etc. Permission for electrical vehicles only for tourists who go to enjoy nature.
