Respected SIr I am giving some suggestions for upliftment of homeless ( some people may call as beggers, I call them homeless ) as follows Immediate action 1. Kindly make one and common system / rule for homeless for the whole country 2. Kindly provide morning tea / coffee and breakfast, one lunch and one dinner on their spot( may be at road, under bridge, footpath or elsewhere) 3. Kindly provide clothes,blanket and medicine 4. Kindly provide shelter for Children, women, sick ( physical or mental) on priority. Long term action 1. Kindly make arrangement for their home ( may be by Government or by NGO) 2. Kindly provide shelter for all rest persons 3. Kindly help them for education and employment. This will creat love and faith towards Country, People and Government.

The education system and the examination system need to be changed. There must be eligible for taking admission to colleges/ Universities because students feel easy to get access to colleges, and the reservation is reserving seats which makes it hard for actual deserving people. Because experience is the only way to save a patient's life or laws can be stable, or else there will be wrong people doing their work with sinful acts.
