1. Offensive Cyber Army - Looking at the recent cyber war strategy of Russia and China and its increasing strategic importance in disabling or misguiding the network communication, usage in surveilance of the important installations of the enemy, it is in our interest to raise a cyber army of India for offensive purposes. Are we taking any steps regarding this. India's Software prowess should be able to quickly provide for any such scheme like Agneepath for Cyber Army. 2. Child Entrepreneurship - Moulding the childhood curiosity into product creator at the very tender age. I know ATL has been doing fantastic jobs. But creating different clubs on village/block levels for cyber security, robotics, aeronautics, aerospace, culture/entertainment will help us get transformed solutions of common problems of India by the first hand problem facers. We can further support these entrepreneurs through ATLs.

I am happy that India is progressing with a limited resources in moderate mode. I thanks central government for their initiative to build national highway in speedy way and also connecting religious places with new shortest routes, We are importing high quality electronic components. We need to start electronic components factories in India. Government can start these factories for manufacturing raw material and basic highest quality electronic components in India. We have a best quality talent in India but lack of facilities for doing experiments to develop latest highest quality of electronic products. We need to give a special incentive for developing 100% indigenous electronic components and products. As my experience in industrial products, i know that we are importing approx. 90% of welding machines and other industrial products. Government should think and invest in manufacturing facilities and generate employment. These factories can be sold later on.

Respected Sir Due to lack of awareness about schemes, people don't avail benefits meant for them. E.g. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi was revamped. Now all land holding farmers are eligible. previous scheme had land holding size limit. As farmers don't know about these changes, they don't enroll.(E.g. my grandfather) Sir please encourage village students,educated people to spread awareness about schemes among farmers and help them to enrol for schemes which are meant for them. Due to digital illiteracy people can't able to enrol themselves. So students should help them. Community participation will help for 100% scheme enrolment. 2. Electricity: Bulbs in colonies ,streets remain on after 6.30 am .leads to loss of electricity. Some time remain on till 10 am 3. Sir people throw waste in open plots (in colonies where buildings are not built).waste collect vehicle arrives timely still people throw waste. Respected Prime Minister Sir, It is my pleasure to write some of my lines here. Sir, I am a resident of District Kupwara working as Lecturer Zoology in a Govt Higher Secondary Scool. Sir I want to express my view about our UT J&K. Under previous reins our state was a hub of corruption , nepotism, and favoritism. Common people were deprived off their rights. But since few years our UT is going in a right direction under the strong administration of LG Sir.Eradication of favourtism and corruption is going in a smooth way in every passing day.But still certain local officers are not behaving good. Sir a small request on behalf of poor people of kupwara is the BARAMULKA KUPWARA RAIL CONNECTIVITY, which is hardly 40 to 50 kilometres, and which will provide a big relief to our District, and will save both our money and time. Sir the Programme MANN KI BAAT is a good platform. Sir Hope to share more in future. JAI HIND.
