This can be achieved through greater prevention, collection, innovation and value recovery of plastic waste and transitioning to a more circular economy for plastics. The development and scaling up of new forms of plastic and new technologies provides opportunities to incentivize and support improved recovery of resources from products and packaging at the end of their useful life. Retaining materials and products in a circular economy not only reduces greenhouse gases emissions and pressure on the environment, but also has significant economic benefits. The transition to a more circular economy would save costs, increase competitiveness, stimulate innovation, support prosperity by creating new jobs and reduce the amount of plastic entering the environment.

LOOT BY TOILET OPERTAORS AT ALL RAILWAY STATIONS - WOMEN PASSENGERS ARE MOST SUFFERER I notice Indian Railways has started the to convert Free toilet premises at All Railway Platforms in Sulabh Souchalaya , where as all the users are charged Rs. 2, Rs. 5 etc. Charges boards are just displaying Rs. 5 and these charges board are kept Inside the toilet which are less visible to user. Once the toilet is used operator demand money by showing hidden incomplete board.   Here more concern is even the Women Passengers are charged Rs. 5 for using toilet facility for what ever purpose . It is a basic necessary facility to be provided by Railways for every authorized passenger who has bought the railway tickets.   How government of India can charge money for  basic necessity of human beings.  Need to provide free toilet facility to Men and  Woman
