Hello Sir, I want to request you to look at the younger talent of our country doing research in institute like IITs, NITs, or another top institute. As you have already familiar with the stress and depression these students faces. It's not because they don't have talent, it's because Prof. in those institute torcher them so much just to show off their peers that they are doing better. Students are not given necessary freedom to peruse the research, they have to forced to asked everything to their Prof. If students try to fight for their right they are given threat of not being passing in PhD or other research degree. This inhibit the potential resources of our country. PMRF scholar are the one who have faced this torcher a lot. They are very talented to conduct their research on their own, but they are forced by P.I. to work as per their plan, and therefore their potential wasted a lot. All their new ideas are taken by the P.I.s, and they are forced to leave the research career.

हाहाकार आधा देश जलमग्न हो चुका है. भयावह बाढ़ से त्रस्त आम जनता त्राहिमाम् कर रही है. चारों ओर प्रकृति ने हाहाकर मचा रखा है और हर साल मचाती है. समय-समय पर इन्सान को चेतावनी भी देती है, लेकिन प्रकृति से खिलवाड़ करने वाले हैं कि समझने को तैयार ही नहीं. हर साल आधा देश भयावह बाढ़ की त्रासदी झेलता है तो आधा भीषण सूखे की मार. उस पर तूफ़ान, आँधी, ओलावृष्टि, बे-मौसम बरसात, टिड्डी-कीट-पतंगे-इल्ली के प्रकोप ने देश के अन्नदाता को बर्बाद करने के साथ ही आम जनता को भी बुरी तरह त्रस्त कर रखा है. कभी सूख़े, कभी बे-मौसम बरसात, कभी बाढ़ या अतिवृष्टि तो कभी ओलावृष्टि क्या "देश के अन्नदाता" और आम जनता की क़िस्मत में हर परिस्थिति में केवल रोना, बिलखना, तड़पना, त्रस्त होना ही लिखा है? संलग्न: हर साल बाढ़ जैसी भीषण त्रासदी और उससे होने वाले जान-माल के भारी नुकसान से बचाव एवं इस भीषण समस्या के निराकरण हेतु अत्यन्त कारगर उपाय.
