Respect Priminister Sir I urge you to insert an amendment in Negotiable instrument Act to the extent that the fine amount imposed while cnvict an offender under section 138 of the N I Act shall be treated as money decree and can be recoverd by filing an execution case as provided under the code of civil procedure under order 21 before competent civil court having jurisdiction over the subject matter of fine so imposed This will help the litigants as because by the time a result come out in NI a Act cases the period of limitation for recovery the sum under civil litigation already get time barred and a genuine winner of the case is losses his actual goal to recover the amount under the dishonoured cheque.

देश की उन्नती कैसे हो सकती है और उसमे में क्या योगदान दे सकता हूं यह मै बोहोत बार सोचता रहता हूं. हर एक क्षेत्र में कोई ना कोई मानसिक तनाव में है. चाहे किसान को मिलता कम दाम हो जिससे कर्जा बढ़ता है या फिर कोई कैंसर पेशेंट हो जो सही आधुनिक उपचार के बिना मर रहा हो. या फिर कोई विद्यार्थी हो जो जिसे नोकरी नहीं मिल रही. इसके दो पहलू है एक आर्थिक और दूसरा मानसिक. लेकिन मेरी नजर में इसका एक ही उपाय दिखता है. जो है education ( शिक्षा). कहा जाए तो भारत में सबको शिक्षा तो मिल रही है लेकिन उससे हर साल पढ़े हुए बेरोजरगार लोग भी बढ़ रहें है. क्योंकि बोहोत कम लोग है जिनको आधुनिक शिक्षा मिल पाई जिससे वो रोजगार ढूंढ पाए या निर्माण कर पाए. हमे primary education पे सच में ध्यान देनेकी बोहोत जरूरत है. अगर घर की नीव ही मजबूत नहीं होगी तो बड़ा शोभादायी घर कैसे खडा हो पायेगा. प्रधानमंत्रीजी हमे कम से कम ५० साल और मुफ्त में highly technical primary school शुरू करने चाहिए वो भी हर एक शहर और गांव में. नीव मजबूत तो घर सुरक्षित रहेगा और भारत उन्नत होगा.

We, the Alambi family visited 75 houses at 80th Badagabettu village, Karnataka with our tricolour and requested people to pledge that they would not litter in public. Holding the tiranga, they all promised to keep the country clean. We also cleaned some roads and made them plastic free. Our team had children who will spread this message to their schools too. It is better to have productive rallies like this rather than just walking with the flag and causing traffic jam. If we have to change the nation, we must change the mindset of children. My village still has no proper roads, the existing mud road to my native place (Sannapade) from Galimukha was made 50yrs back, still not seen concrete or taar since last 50yrs.
