THIS ONE IS ABOUT INDIAN FILM INDUSTRY the indian film industry is not investing in the next generation technology as much as it should. we need more capable vfx and animation artists as we need more actors for overall growth AND most important we need more producers from diverse background who are willing to take risk for the sake of love for films so, what can be the solution before solutions lest talk about what are the problems 1 - there are few producers 2 - only few dependable actors which producer think will give them hit (i think it's incorrect) 3 - these few actors are doing every kind of job from film, to tv to ads everything not even in india but also abroad 4 - these actors narrative becoming very important it breaking news (it should not be they are just actors) 5 - international studios with their own agenda 6 - not much our own cultural based movies 7 - depression and sucide of struggling actors the dark side contd in pic.

My father has attended Heep bone surgery at Sterling hospital, Rajkot & presently my wife is continuously remaining with my parents, my elder son is studying in 12th std in medical group & also taking coaching at Allen education at kota, my elder daughter is studying in 11th std and my younger daughter is studying in 5th std. Hamare desh mei bahot alag alag dharm ke log rehte hai.par education mei merit ke jagah caste ko priority diya jata hai ?jab ek genral students sc/St student sei jyda marks le ata hai. Education sab keliye same hona chaiye , chaye vo kisi bhi caste sei ho. Pehli baat general student sei fees jyda liya jata hai , dusra agar aap sc st students sei jyda marks bhi le ate ho phir bhi apka kisi college mei selection ka chance Kam rehta . Genral students ko 6000 rank mei bhi seat nehi milta aur sc/ St students ko 22000+ rank pei bhi seat milta hai. Hamare desh mei ane wale future hai students , agar iss tarah sei students ko merit ki jagah caste ke hisab sei selection kiya jata hai , to iye ek desh ke ane wale future keliye bahot sharamnak hai . Mera manna hai Indian education system mei Reservation ko hata diya jaye without any conditions. Aur only merit ke hisab sei students ke placement hona chahiye.
