Dear sir, suggest utilise Ex-servicemen in all sensitive places like IT,DRI,ED,Immigration,Customs,Intel ops,for better use of their skillset and security concerns. Salary may be lesser than other civilian counterparts if so desired. That will prove their worth a lot.

My qualification is Master of Hospital Administration from Kerala University.My friends around 100 and above students passout from first and second batch from this university since 1995 onwards.Among students they are non medical and medical students.It is very essential to post hospital administrators in every Medical colleges,CHCs,PHCs for controlling down level Securities to top level doctors. But even yet no such posts are created in DHSs or DMOs or in Health department.So kindly taken necessary action to implement Hospital Administrator post for Non medical students or working women ( because I am working in govt dept with need of SSLC qualification)in Govt hospital as early as possible.
