Aspirants of Government recruitment exams such as UPSC Civil Services Exam suffered severe hardships due to COVID-19 & are seeking a compensatory attempt as we were hit hard with sickness, deaths of family members, lack of access to libraries, etc. Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law & Justice presented its 112th Report on 24th March, 2022 to both the Houses of Parliament. “Committee is of the opinion that COVID-19 has caused untold agony & insurmountable sufferings to many. The whole of India had come to a standstill, lives & livelihoods got disrupted & the student community was also adversely affected. Keeping in view the hardships faced by the student community during the 1st & 2nd COVID waves, the Committee recommends the Government to change its mind and sympathetically consider the demand of CSE aspirants and grant an extra attempt with corresponding age relaxation to all candidates. Made in India started manufacturing jeans pants and other new attires. National dress of India should be the one in which it represents modern country and gender equality.

The EPFO rules should be users friendly and most of the things should be digital. The current rules & efforts are not enough to solve problems of EPFO users. My personal experience is as follows: I worked with one of the companies in Bangalore between 2014-16 where my epfo account was with KR Puram office. Then i moved to Pune where my current company opened new account in Pune under same UAN and then raised request with Bangalore EPFO office to transfer old account balance to the new account. Pune EPFO office sent me call memo but there's no action in this regard so far, i.e. after almost 5 years. I then raised grievance on EPFO portal and got response from Bangalore KR Puram office that they haven't got any transfer request. Then, i sent them letter of pr but no response. I had even tried to transfer online but getting message it's not possible. I don't understand why EPFO doesn't transfer amount automatically after opening second account under same UAN. It's so easy & user friendly
