If state parties to win the election quotes Freebees it should get clearance from centre about the feasibility to the respective State treasury deficits. That cleared amount which could be adjusted against GST share. States should Not to go for fresh loans to RBI. Secondly in this share over and above GST how much the party would fund for this as it is their election manifesto. Regards
