Dear PM, O ! For want of Amrut of Article 243 R despite Amrutmahotsav the Cantonments are still Pre Independence Colonies which are Remnants of Servitude to Company Bahadur through Orders dated 12 Sep 1836 of Lord Auckland & to the British Crown in adopting 50% Indian Participating Cantonment Board instead of Ram Rajya by Democratic Municipalities with 💯 % Elected Representatives. Transformation is feasible by just transplanting Article 243 R for Composition of Democratic Municipalities in place of Section 12 of the Cantonments Act 2006 for composition of Armocratic Cantonment Board which is Regressive Imitation of British Cantonments Act 1924. Otherwise overnight merger with adjoining Municipalities may be made.

Honourable and Respected Sir, I am Shikha mother of son Ansh who is born with a rare disease called Prader Willi Syndrome.I am also running a parent support group for parents like me from all over India and I am a part of the advocacy committee of Organisation of Rare Diseases India.Life is not easy and we parents have many agendas to discuss. However, I would like to ask you that why don’t our children have right to Medical Insurance facilities. only because they are disabled they have no right to get medical insurance for common infection or any hospitalisation even though it has nothing to do with their disability or disorder. As if our suffering is not enough. There should be financial aid and government support towards disability insurance and disability pension.

UGC and ICAR both are government bodies inspite of this students passing from UGC accredited colleges are not allowed to get admission, benefits, fellowships from the ICAR and they are also not allowed for the examinations by ICAR. If both of them are government bodies then what is the need to get accredation from both of the organisations. What about the future of the students who are passing with the good results but are not eligible for ICAR due to the lack of accredation of the college (which is accredated by UGC).
