Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 introduced registration for realtors - only the 2020 annual report is available showing 23,755 real estate agents enrolled (attached file as proof) with a collection of a min. INR 10,000/realtor has collected INR 23.75cr+ as membership fees only from realtors. As far as resale or leave and license agreement are concerned no RERA number is required. Only on under-construction projects in which the realtor sells. However, there is no benefit to REALTOR. WHY NOT : make it mandatory for RERA Number requirement for all real estate transactions for REALTOR to be mentioned in the document which is registered at stamp duty office mentioning the commission paid to REALTORS too. We are mentioning CS (Cadastral Survey Number in the property agreement property why not Realtor RERA Number too.) This will not only protect Realtors from his/her commission but also bring in realtors to renew the RERA license OTHERWISE why RENEW?

improve law and order - the central government should focus on maintaining the law and order. the rules in other countries are too strict and everyone is following the rules in other countries. but in India no one is taking seriously . So we should enforce the law and order by continuous monitoring of law and order implemented by each state government and dashboard kind of thing to track the crime rates and continuous inspection on law and order implemented by the state government. the amount of fines should be increased. the current amount is too small for most of the citizens. So it should increase so the people will hesitate to commit the crimes
