There are a large number of practices that the developed countries, especially the ones that took cleanliness as a national mission mode like Singapore, have done right. Complete waste management chains right from adequate and properly segregated bins to perfect recycling/ incineration or composting plants. Enforcement is another common feature. 1. Garbage segregation and treatment 2. Dustbins on streets 3. Reservation on purely economic basis 4. Formulating and implementing law for curbing over population. 5.Building and maintaining public toilets. 6. Building and maintaining cold storage rooms for agricultural produce.

1) Dustbins are to be allotted at every junction 2) Heavy fine on littering has to be imposed 3) Total Ban on polythine Covers and use of Paper bags 4) chewing gums are to be banned either impose high taxes 5) Municipalities have to look after their areas properly 6) Greenery has to be supported. 7) every municipal corporation has to plant 1000 trees per month.. and maintain them for 2 years.. 8) drainage systems are to be upgraded so that their will be no need to touch for decades

Signals in low crowded areas should have a System like in US where a person can press the button on a Signal and then after few seconds the signal turns green and person can cross easily. This will reduce the waiting for vehicles in less crowded/unwanted roads where signals are present

Singapore model: 1. Colour coded dustbins 2. Heavy fine on littering 3. Ban on polythenes and chewing gums.
