1. Establish Online Job Centres (UK Style) in District Offices 2. Encourage Hard Work and better pay scales for Sweepers and Cleaners 3. Boost Vocational Training Centres as per Global Standard and Develop Skills 4. Bring Transparency & efficiency in MSME schemes like PMEGP etc. and promote them with quick actions. 5. Encourage Better Standards in Service Sector like Retail / Logistics etc. This will encourage Part-time work for College Students.

Attach the MREGS with all type of development work undertaken by govt.keep some place for private agencies as supplier..more n more govt land is barren can b utilised for plantation n medicinal plantation..and make a group of unemployed ppl to maintain it make all irrigation available to them.women empowerment can b meet by starting village level professional work training programs..some sectors has left in ITI that can b include.
