we should give better, improved & affective industry traning after passing secondary education. Government should motivate and give paltform for engineering or technical students to create job or farm by themself. Government should motivate farmer morally as they feel that farming is worst job in the world, and give them traning on agriculture technology by setting up camps in their village.

1) All office timing (Private and Public) shall be made from morning 07.00 to 15.00 Hrs. As efficiency of people is maximum in morning, output will increase. 2) People shall not be allowed to work for more than 8.00hrs, except in emergency situation. This will reduce electricity and overhead expenses. 3) Employee shall compulsorily complete the work within the time line assigned. Efficiency and output reduces after 8.00 Hrs of work. So why to increase unnecessary overhead expenses.

Have to remove 100 days work plan from village side, this is totally killing agriculture now. Really there is no work or development happening there. most of the places people are going and sleeping under tree, working for 3 hrs and getting money (75% and 25% commission to the supervisor so and so) due to this there is no people to work in agricultural land, no one is ready to work in farm. many farmers really suffering without work force.

while focusing on job creation we must also focus on space wise "uniform job creation" . please dont create all the jobs in banglore, noida, delhi, mumbai, lucknow, varanasi. while installing new institute (govt or private)/factory please take care of this issue that we have to maintain a uniform job spreadness in country otherwise this big cities will invite big trouble. youth are leaving their parents behind a a job which is too far from home which incurs further problem in socity.

Lets develop our own best practises as India is a diversified country. in India, poor people and farmers get no medical coverage despite builders/contractors earn much more profit. Let there be a policy in place which makes compulsory for medical coverage be given by contrator like we do get in private and corporate organizations. Even they dont have proper shelter to live. Lets contractors make provison for the same first. this facilities will really attract more jobs.

All government hospitals to be Digitized. Ahmedabad Civil(IKDRC) Hospital has much much better Computerized bar coded process for all kinds of blood report, we get report within few ours which even private hospitals takes more than 1 day. Why can't this process be followed in all hospitals all over India. in Pune Susan hospital i have seen people waiting for atleast 2-3 days for simple blood report. it really sucks when simple report takes more than a day time. Please improve hospitalization.
