The Logo should be relate to the national objective of Broadband for all Rural (Gram Panchayats) to provide services like e-Governance, e-education, remote health monitoring, ...
The Logo should be relate to the national objective of Broadband for all Rural (Gram Panchayats) to provide services like e-Governance, e-education, remote health monitoring, weather and agriculture, etc. to rural community. NOFN project will provide fibre connectivity to all the 2, 50,000 Gram Panhayats (GPs) in the country.
This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) Project initiated by USO Fund of Department of Telecommunications.
The last date of submission is 1st January, 2015.
The winning entries will be awarded cash prize of:
1. First Prize - Rs. 51,000/- (Prize money inclusive of taxes if any)
2. Second prize - Rs. 31,000/- (Prize money inclusive of taxes if any)

Description of Logo
The people’s symbol is an indicative for various communities of India. Two different groups of peoples are at one corner Indian Govt. and at second corner we the peoples located at the different places in our country. We set a common platform for their communication at base. Two arrows at the top are the communication between the groups. Bring harmony between them which is shown at the centre top.
So by using NOFN we can and we will do,’ Apnose Apna Milan.
