How the banks are centralised the same way all the central govt and state govt dept should be centralised and should have a link ..we can give offers to top software companies to do this project and can give some offers to the software companies who are ready to take this project. the project should get ready with min few months and it should be reach all the peoples . so first can give some trail basis software for some depts if it works we can implement to all the govt departments.
