Visited one of the Government school in Baraut,Handia, Allahabad. When I entered in Kitchen of that school, I was totally shocked. Its condition was very poor. Even the women who works there, don't wash the utensils properly. I don't know how those student eat it? Its condition seems to be like a kitchen for dogs or some unhygienic animals. And the incharge of the Kitchen was Pradhan of that village. Now I can only pray for those small kids. May God bless them. :(

1) Gokul Gram should be backed up with these kitchens that not only utilizes the waste but it also helps to provide the fresh indigenous cow milk 2) As per my information utensils made-up of aluminium are used extensively coz they are cheaper but should be banned at these places and we need to try utensils made by the potter. 3) Dal and Rice be made by boiling at atmospheric pressure, but we use pressure cooker. 4) Food should always be cooked at a place where proper sunlight and air is present.

I am from East godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. I visited 10 schools of our mandal. Most of the schools do not have kitchen sets, they cook food with firewood, they dont have shelters and the surroundings are not good due to rains. The maintenance is in the hands of Head masters whose services are very much needed in education indulge in cooking and serving.Suggestions are provide shelters, give entire programme to village committee or NGO or schhol committee, provide gas and utensils
