With over 1.5 lakh Post Offices, the Department of Posts has the most widely distributed Postal network in the world. The goal of the Rural ICT Project is to provide a low power technology solution (ICT Device) to each Branch Postmaster (BPM) which will enable each of approximately 130,000 Extra Departmental Post Offices (EDOs) to improve the level of services being offered to rural customers with an objective to improve the quality of service, add value to services and achieve “financial inclusion” of un-banked rural population

The selected entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 and two runners up entries will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 2,000 each.

The last date for submission of entry is 15.10.2017.

Since we had given finacle migrations as CORE BANKING SOLUTIONS(CBS), POS migrations as CORE SYSTEM INTEGRATOR(CSI), the best name that we can give to RICT is CRPI i.e Core Rural Post Offices Integrator as the branch post offices are located at rural areas or CBPI i.e Core Branch Post Offices integrator or RBPS( Rural Branch Post Offices Solutions) or simply BPS(Branch Post offices solutions). Village Express ------with sound progress in Information and communication Technology in rural India ,speed of nation growth will be exponetial .It is therfore good to say like express bus/train etc . Express is very widley used in India so naming Village Express will be more suitable name

#suggested #indiapost Hello sir, I had submit tast to the Department of Post. Avoid or skip the dummy dummy person's which is received document, articles, registered post, etc from the post man. And some times original person are not received their article,etc so avoid this situation by carrying new techniques by postman from my submission.
