WE SHOULD GO TO RURAL AREAS AND IDENTIFY THE LOCALITY AND SCHOOLS WHICH REQUIRE FACILITIES FOR TOILETS AND THEN WE SHOULD FUND THAT SCHOOL OR AREA ACCORDING TO ITS REQUIREMENTS.IN RURAL AREAS THE MAINTAINENCE SHOULD BE CHARGE TO VILLAGE PANCHAYATS AND IN URBAN AREAS TO MUNICIPALITIES AND A TOLL FREE NO. SHOULD BE STARTED ON WHICH PEOPLE CAN COMPLAINT IF THE TOILETS ARE NOT CLEAN AND CLEANING OF TOILET SHOULD BE DONE IN EVERY 6 HOURS SO THAT CLEANLINESS CAN BE MADE.

All bus terminals, train stations, public places, private offices, malls, Highway rest points should have adequate toilet facilities, adequately funded for maintenance and sustainability. Village panchayat and school and community center to have adequate toilet facilities. Waste bin on the road side. School to have time slot for teaching and activity on cleaning. Radio to be used extensively for cleanness awareness drive. No ads on walls, all village to be provided vehicles to collect wastes.

In town -municipality should compulsorily engage SULABH INTERNATIONAL or similar agencies viz.JUSCO to make toilets and maintain it.other big public/pvt entities operating in that localities should also be engaged to in this work under their CSR scheme.similar exercise should also be done in village areas by local bodies/administration.NGOs viz.Lions club/Rotary Club/BVP etc.to be engaged for that they should be granted some benefits
