At first visit a user always search/observes information on home page without clicking anywhere. As a home page Option-2 may not define websites aim and objective. Because he has to click on tiles/blocks to get details.

'Option-3' *Suggestion: in option-3 webpage, 'Menu' link should be just next to 'login' link. So a website visitor can easily find out it at first glance. *View: Best thing of this web page is its simplicity. logo looks fine at top left corner. This page looks best suitable for mobile & tab users.

Image banner used in option-1 can make slower page loading and even sometimes banner may not display properly on some browsers. Rotating image banners also creates frustration for visitors during there reads because of automatic rotations at specific time intervals before there proper read

My Suggestion in a Priority Basis 1. Option 2 2. Option 1 3. Option 3 Option 2: Good Look and Feel but unwanted spaces left at the corners. May be it would looks good without that spaces in Mobile/I-Pad displays. Option 1: Looks good because of that Image Slider, background color, and Content Alignment. Option 3: It's like Normal Webpage. So, My Favorite Webpage Design is Option 2 but need some corrections. i.e., need to fill that blanks with some images or something else.

Option 2 - it's layout and magnificent colourful theme is fantastic. It radially attracts viewers attention. Multicoloured blocks with features name looks very beautiful that too with fact that when we open the section we got same colour theme that is truly unique. Digital India programme in center is simply fabulous. Section like Quiz, contest, opinion polls are able to keep viewers interest going on. Link/share with Facebook, Twitter, instagram is सोने पर सुहागा ।

Option 3 is the best because: 1. The menu icon is introduced in it making it more interactive. 2. The option 'Switch to Hindi' will be highly beneficial for many Indians. 3. The website content is properly placed and organised. 4. The position of face book, twitter and other social links is properly positioned.
