1.like umpires having a "cam on cap" in IPL, traffic police must also have "cam on cap" at duty. present rules must be strictly followed. taking bribes must be made zero. else nothing can be achieved. 2.willing car owners must be provided a portable digital strip to display destination & a separate stop for cars." digital swipe card registered at govt must be provided for fare & safety to both". 3.restrict bus to seating capacity. increase frequency. display vacancy. provide swipe card.

First and the most important thing to do is to use the public resources for more use. Make the buses more longer and the taxis more faster. The private car must be taxed so that the sales go down and those bikes which travel with only 1 rider must do bike pooling. Also car pooling is a good option which should be government recognized. Use of speed cameras on all the traffic signals to check the vehicle speed under control. The police system must be made stronger from inside.

To control the road traffic we need to maintain discipline because people do not follow the traffic rules. (exp-to jump the red lights). Traffic police takes bribes because they are not getting as per their basic needs. So to motivate traffic police there should be incentive system for them on the basis of traffic challans paid per day (some percentage to be fixed against challans funds) & then they become strict to follow the policies & rules. Need to hire new more traffic police.

Frequent & random checks of such installations may be made by commuters and report violations to authorities. 5.Bus drivers to be tested for knowledge of traffic rules 6.Pre-duty and random alcohol test of drivers 7.Use technology to limit maximum no. of passengers at all times
