1.Construction of skyways and flyovers, avoiding signal systems. 2.Citizens of smart cities should use public transport to Max extent, they should confine their luxury to some extent and with some more strict rules this can be achieved. 3.Public transport system across the nation has developed well and now is able to provide services with various comfortable buses along with advanced technologies like GPS tracking and thus public transport in smart city is always the safe way to travel.

First make the RTO totally connected through a common national server. Than make it sure rhat from manufacturing unit the speed limit of any vehicles sholuld not increase above 60 except govt vehicle like polce ambulance and firebrigade. Abive speed limit clause is exempted only for Services not for all.it may decrease the possibility of accidents. As high speeds are the major cause of accidents

1. Suggest one smart solution for conveniently dealing with traffic congestion: one solution to this situation can be planting trees to the both sides of the road and to encourage people for cycling but again this needs to much expenditure from Government side at proper cycling tracks need to be maintained along with public cycle stands that can provide cycle to anyone. Adding to this one of the simplest way is to enforce traffic laws and abolish illegal parking by providing proper parking area

For metro cities adjust the official timings for government employees as well as for private sectors. Traffic police should be on traffic signals. They were for traffic controlling and not only for fine collection. And last one is, if possible (it is not so easy to accept ) Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday ---only those vehicles who have even number as a last digit and rest days with odd number as a last digit.

To deal with traffic firstly all citizens must be educated about this issue. Carpulling is a very good solution. Companies must insist on their employees travelling by company bus and not through their own vehicles. Bus timings must be displayed at all stops. Buses can be made safe by installing CCTV cameras inside the buses and even a lot more on roads. Private buses are not comfortable to travel in and cause a lot of traffic problems and noise pollution. Metro also solves the traffic problem.

To reduce traffic conjuction is to build flyover and reduce traffic signals where ever possible. If using traffic signals don't go for traditionnal method of pre fixed timer type go for adaptive traffic control with artificial intalligence which has the ability to change the traffic sinarrio with the situation.
