Sir I want to suggest while making smart cities u should take care of pollution , u should make compulsory for each person to use cycles and battery rickshaws in smart cities which cause 0 percent pollution and car parking of that smart city would be outside to that city or we use elevated roads inside the smart city which will be purely eco frndly .

Traffic police should not be seen outside on the junction or at any places. Instead a closed air conditioned room to be set up on any side at the x roads, so that police can have a view of the traffic at the junction. Public generally with fear tend to give respect more to what they don't see if police watch deligently from the closed rooms. This i have observed in Bangkock. Public discipline must be inculcated with stress on the use of commonsense by public.

People travel a long distance in personal cars and bikes but are unable to reach on time .This is what needs to be checked.Every traffic signal should be very well governed by the traffic police. Every signal should be under cctv surveillance and lane driving should be taken care as if every vehicle should maintain the speed and 2 wheelers 3/4 wheelers should have separate lane for driving and the system should be maintained in that way . Lots of other measures can be taken as per the loc./sit.

If signal is red for the vehicle going to east direction the second device will triggeer the first device to shut off the engine untill it become yellow and green. and so on for other directions This can save traffic problems n fuel as well

1. Through usage of traffic terminals in a city, we can reduce traffic in busy areas considerably. Personal vehicles become first mile connectors and buses become last mile connectors. 2. By disallowing use of personal vehicles in central areas and using buses there, with concept of terminals, cities will be more balanced. 3. a. Special buses where pre-booking seats allowed, 3/6 hours in advance. b. Creating a mobile application to know when next bus will arrive at stop (through GPS).
