The Ministry of Finance is proposing a national initiative to provide all households in the country with banking services, with particular focus to empower the weaker sections of society, including women, small and marginal farmers and labourers, both urban and rural.

This task seeks inputs to design a Logo, name and tag line for the Finance Ministry's initiative. The last date of submision is 7th August 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

Name: नवनिधि Tagline:सम्पन्न जन स्वर्णिम भारत नवनिधि means nine treasures of Lord Kubera , god of Wealth. According to the tradition, each nidhi is personified as having a guardian spirit. Elements in the Logo : 1. Gold coin the background signifies monetary wealth. 2. Golden Bhartvasha map which signifies every inch of Bharatvarsha is in the reach of this financial inclusive plan and advent of a new golden age. 3.Nature spiral vortex movement in the petals of the flower with 7 colors.

Name- VAIBHAV ( वैभव ) Punchline- सशक्त भारत, समृद्ध भारत (Empowering India, Prospering India) The middle construction represents The Bank. The man on left with a gear alongside represents a worker from city/town. The man on right with a cart wheel represents a farmer from village. Both Gear and Wheel represent Progress. Their hand full of wealth inside bank represents the banking. Thus, this Logo represents the inclusive financial banking program. And the name VAIBHAV means Felicitous India.
