The Ministry of Finance is proposing a national initiative to provide all households in the country with banking services, with particular focus to empower the weaker sections of society, including women, small and marginal farmers and labourers, both urban and rural.

This task seeks inputs to design a Logo, name and tag line for the Finance Ministry's initiative. The last date of submision is 7th August 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

Name: The Key card for development Tagline: Bharatiya Banks,Vikas ki Punji #The Key parameter for the development of India. Logo description: The logo aims to symbolically show rear side of a banking card, depicting organized banking services. The blue colour depicts trust and Green (imitating the magnetic strip of a card) depicts development.While the fingerprint shows the use of secured universal financial access via the use of biometrics and other such means of secured universal access.

Name: AASMaN (AArthik Sashaktikaran Marg Niyojan) Tagline: Aarthik suvidhaayon ka taar, ghar laaya hai Bharat Sarkar Concept: The 'gullak' is a common mode of saving money at home, especially people who have no bank accounts. This logo signifies the transition from gullak (shape of the form) to an atm machine (content of the form) with the help of the scheme AASMAN. That is further reinforced by the coin at the top which can also be seen as a rising sun, signifying better times ahead.
