Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment ...

Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life  at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

GATE SENSOR TECNOLOGY BASED GATE CAN BE USED AT CROSSING AND REMOVE EMPLOYEE WHICH WORK AT RAILWAY GATE AND SHIFTED TO OTHER WORKS RAILWAY GATE CLOSE WHEN RAIL AT LEAST NEAR TO 5000 METERS IMEEDIATELY AND OPEN AFTER RAIL GOES

now a days i am collecting a data about railways transportation but i am shocked after know that railways have no any packaging departments for some main stations like Nagpur,aurangabad which two i have seen.total packing work done by agents.and they are taking charges according to them.no rules for that.for ex:if from aurangabad daily ten two wheeler transport to other cities then total packing charges going to agents pocket.(350*10=3500/DAY).we have to start packaging by railways.

লক্ষ্যে এই রকম যানবাহনের নবতম জন্ম দিয়ে সারা বিশ্বের কাছে গড়ে উঠুক একটি শক্তিশালী ভারত। এমতাবস্থায় বিশেষ কিছু টেকনলজির প্রয়োগে এই সিদ্ধান্তে উপনীত হয়েছি যে আকাশে একটি নির্দিষ্ট উচ্চতায় একটি ট্রেন কে বিশেষ পদ্ধতিতে উড়িয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া যায়।যার গতিবেগ হবে ঘন্টায় ৬০০ কিমি। প্রয়োজনে ট্রেনটি আকাশে থেমে থাকতে পারে তার সূত্র আমার জানা আছে। প্লেনের বিকল্প যান হিসাবে উড়ন্ত ট্রেনটির জন্ম হোক এই স্বপ্ন পূরণের লক্ষ্যে সরকারি সহযোগিতা একান্ত কাম্য।

বিষয়ঃ উড়ন্ত ট্রেন। আমার স্বপ্ন এই যে প্লেনের বিকল্প এমন যানবাহনের আবিষ্কার হোক যে যানবাহন যাত্রী সমেত নিরুদ্দেশ হওয়ার সম্ভবনা থাকবেনা। থাকবেনা গোলযোগ মুহুর্তে নিশ্চিত মৃত্যুর হাতছানি,থাকবেনা শব্দ দূষন,বায়ু দূষন। থাকবেনা প্লেনের মতো ব্যয় বহুল খরচ। থাকবে ১০০% সুনিশ্চিত যাত্রী সুরক্ষা,থাকবে এই যনবাহনটির বিদেশে পদ্ধতিগত প্রচলনের ক্ষেত্রে প্রচুর বৈদেশিক অর্থের আমদানি,স্বল্প ব্যয়ে,স্বল্প সময়ে সাধারন মানুষের দ্রুত যাতায়াতের গড়ে উঠুক দেশের উন্নত যাতায়াত ব্যবস্থা। সার্বিক বিকাশের(see 2nd post)

where ever track passes through create a hallow space both sides along the track this way vehicles will never cross.And it will search for flyover.

I wish to suggest you regarding the railway, Currently the railway provide option to book the ticket from one station and board from the other station. i want the same type of facility regarding the TO station and station where passenger actually get down. he book the ticket for next available station due to quota system. Due to this the seat is vacant between passenger actual get down station and TO Station. After providing this facility railway can issue tickets for vacant seat and generate

Subham pathak ka vichar 101% sahi. Lekin kya pani bechane vali companis ye chahengi ki unki dukan band ho jaye vo to chahenge ki jo 20% pani station par uplabdh hai vo bhi band ho taki unka business 100% ho jaye. In companis me Rail NEER bhi hai jo pani se munafa kamati hai fir b rail budjet mine me hata hai
