Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment ...

Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life  at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

Railway ने स्वच्छ भारत में क्या योगदान दिया? क्या आपने Volunteer groups बनाए जो railway stations पर गंदगी फैलाने वाले लोगों को सबक सिखाएं, उनका video बनाकर अपने youtube channel पर डालें, उन्हें शर्मिंदा करें? क्या train में dustbin नहीं होने चाहिए? क्या यूंही कचरा पटरियों पर फेंका जाता रहेगा? सफाई के नाम पर बाल मजदूरी को क्यों बढावा दिया जा रहा है? Train में उपलब्ध पानी की टंकियों की सफाई कभी नहीं होती! Toilets में degradation system लगाइए?यात्रियों के स्वास्थ्य का ध्यान रखना होगा

आज देश के 80% रेलवे स्टेशन पर खारा पानी मिलता है। और बोतल बँद पानी धड्ले से 20 रूपये लीटर में बिक रहा है। मेरा मानना है की करोड़ो रूपये की लागत से बने रेलवे स्टेशन पर क्या 3-4 लाख रूपये और लगाकर 30-40 RO water फ़िल्टर नहीं लगाये जा सकते। आप कह सकते है की इनका maintenence महंगा हो जायेगा तो मेरा तर्क है की क्या इन RO के पास में दान पात्र रखा जा सकता है। मुझे पूरा विशवास है की मेरे भारत वर्ष की दानवीर जनता 1-2 रूपये करके daily इतना पैसा तो डाल ही देगी की जितने से इन RO का maintenance ho sake

This view related to Mangalore to Bangalore train, in the Last 2014 Railway Budget D V sadandanda Gowda proposed day train to Blore to Mlore. we feel that it will help the People of South canara,but it was now understood that the Present Minister cancelled the Proposal reason given Loss.. i am not understand the holiness of Budget . so now we are doubted about Budget proposal if any person delcares .. another person cancells .we are very unhappy with this sir

Gvt should permit investors to invst so railway can roll out new rail coaches without waiting for funds from it's customers

Dear PM sir The Teachers and employees giving good results in their field should be selected to niti ayog and responsible for policy drafting of that particular field. Non performing employees are sent for short term courses under these good result employees to perform efficiently.

Dear PM Sir, 1.Please make a national policy if the Road is joining two cities it has to be elevated like Yamuna Express Way. 2. FIR lodging always get entangled on limit of Thana(police Station) should be dissolved and any thana can lodge FIR and shift it to Thana accountable for Jurisdiction.

Dear PM Sir, Agra being heritage city following needs to be done immediately: 1.Traffic rules need to be enforced so this may keep good impression on foreigners visiting Taj Mahal and other Monuments. A) pls implement red light jumping is stopped and one traffic personnel can regulate switch and manage traffic. B) parking on main roads need to be regulated. 2.Prepaid Metered Auto/TAXI need to be enforced strictly. 3. Save Agra from monkey menace. 4. Agra -Delhi NH-24 is in bad shape still TOLL

If they chose, they could build over 13 million toilets (at Rs 25,000 each) with this money and end open defecation once and forever in the country. India would become clean, several diseases would vanish and women would be safer.Modiji's dream of Swacha Bharat will be achieved Jai Ho
