Training in Class room should be restricted to Basic Info approximately 20% of the total time of the course and 80% has to be on the Ground on the Job Training..JUST BOOKISH KNOWLEDGE will not help..HANDS ON EXPERIENCE MAKES THE PERSON MORE CONFIDENT thats what is required TODAY in our Educational institutions...More EMPHASIS on Application of KNOWLEDGE...with Basic fundamental...You can change the interiors if You have a STRONG FOUNDATION FIRST.

In todays Man Ki Bat you have assured that you will talk abt the dug addiction issue.Pl also think abt rising tobacco addiction.
7th November is National Cancer Awareness day. Its good to observe such days. But, that is not sufficient. If we BAN the Tobacco & related products, the cencer burden in India will be reduced by 40% & also of other non communicable diseases. So pl pl pl think on BAN. Dhanyawad.

Dear PM,
I am a Postdoc researcher working in the area of nanotechnology.
Herin, I am writing my viewpoint to you about science and education in our government schools in village areas. Our education system in government schools is not like as convent schools and also not like western country, because we don’t have such number of teachers and facilities and so many things also matters. On other hand, we can tackle this problem by encouraging our young researcher like me to sparer their time at

Mananiya Modi Ji,
Our India is well know for agriculture over the world and its has served as granary for centuries, think we should keep our dominance in this sector in parallel to urbanization; because although the world is improving in other fields there seem to be less attention towards agriculture which India can capitalize to grow economically very well. we have resources only thing we need to wisely utilize them. would like to also say that if we join the rivers we may better use them.

it is not wise to compare classroom teaching and the practical job training. they are complementary to each other. without the sound classroom teaching practical job training is a useless and without practical training classroom teaching is a waste. they should be balanced and appropriately included in skill development.

my dear PM, for devp of our India u must have take an important step and that is the water management and this can be only be done by joining of rivers. I want to tell u that a big part of our UPJAU land remains uncultivated due to non availability of water. Farmer's devp is completely depend on irrigation. Nowadays, every farmer want to quit this profession due to lack of water (irrigation). Secondly, every product is going on a rise, but farmers not getting appropriate price for product.

IMPARTING OF TRAINING DIFFERS FROM LEVEL TO LEVEL AT MINING SECTOR. THE DAILY WORKERS, CASUALS,HELPERS AT JOB SPOTS REQUIRES SOPHISTICATED TRAINING AT CLASS ROOM AND ALSO AT WORK SPOTS. THE CONCERNED SECTIONAL HEAD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT WORK SPOT. IT IS HIS DUTY TO HAVE INTERACTIVE SESSIONS WITH WORKERS DAILY AND EVERY THING GOES AS PER PLANS.

THE TRAINING IS MANDATORY AND NON MANDATORY. THE SIMULATION APPROACH AT CLASS ROOM TRAINING AND FINALLY AT JOB IS THE BEST ONE. WHERE AS FOR NON MANDATORY AREAS THERE WILL BE NORMALLY STRICT PRACTICES TO ASSESS THE KNOWLEDGE.SKILL AND ATTITUDE. THIS TRAINING CLIMATE WILL BE CASUAL. IT IS ALSO SUPPLEMENTS WITH SIMULATIONS,CASE STUDIES, INCIDENTS, GROUP DYNAMICS, AT CLASS ROOM SITUATIONS WHICH GIVES SCOPE FOR THE SELECTION OF BEST DECISIONS AT CRITICAL SITUATIONS.
