MANDATORY TRAINING DIFFERS FROM NON MANDATORY TRAINING. THE UTMOST CARE IS REQUIRED FOR MANDATORY TRAINING. THE TRAINEES HAVE TO BE TESTED THEIR JOB KNOWLEDGE PROFICIENCY AT THEORY EXAMINATIONS AND ALSO SHOULD SHOW PROFICIENCY AT PRACTICAL EXAMS WITHOUT ANY COMPROMISE. THE SIMULATION TECHNIQUES ARE THE BEST ONES WHICH RESEMBLES TO WORK SPOTS BUT THIS IS IN CLASS ROOM ONLY. THIS IS ARTIFICIAL CREATION OF FIELD JOB SITUATION. THE LOSS IF ANY IS MINIMUM.

TRAINING IS MEANT FOR ACQUISITION OF SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE(SKA) WHICH ARE CRITICAL AREAS TO BE IDENTIFIED. TRAINING IN MOST OF THE AREAS IN MINING IS MANDATORY WHICH ARE PURELY TECHNICAL NATURE WHICH INVOLVES HAZARDOUS ELEMENTS THAT MAY CAUSE INJURIES ALSO. PRACTICAL CLASSROOM WITH ONLINE DEMONSTRATIONS ON SYSTEMS, FILM SHOWS WITH CLASSROOM TRAINING, MOCK EXERCISES ENHANCES THE AWARENESS AND CREATIVITY AMONG THE TRAINEES BEFORE ENTRY AT FIELD JOBS AT MINING SECTOR.

THE MANDATORY TRAINING NORMS SHOULD BE STRICTLY ADHERED IN MINING SECTOR. AUTHORITIES SHOULD ENSURE THE HIGHEST PROFICIENCY AT JOBS. WASTAGE SHOULD BE AT MINIMUM. THE PRACTICAL DIFFICULTIES HAVE TO BE EXPLORED AND REMEDIAL MEASURES WITH SAFETY EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE READILY AVAILABLE. PRACTICAL MOCK TRAINING IS THE BEST ONE TO GAIN THE QUALITATIVE PROFICIENCY.

Dear Shri Modi ji, through this platform, this is to bring to your notice about Maharashtra's Narendra Dabholkar assasination. It is more than a year now and no progress in finding guilty or rather no-one bothered about it. The man who worked whole life to help people to understand actual god besides various Superstitious beliefs in community through various movements & community programs. We people from Maharashtra urge you to look into this and help to get the justice.

We can think about donating time and skill from people who already experts in there fields. We can ask our fellow citizens to donate minimum 1 hour of time everyweek. just we need to have separate department around all cities/villages to bridge gap between required skill and job. All small and big companies can directly contact this local department to fill there job needs.
