THE SKILLS IN MINING SECTOR COULD BE BEST DEVELOPED FOR VARIOUS RESPECTIVE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS BY INITIAL INDUCTION, CLASS ROOM AT WORK SPOTS AND TECHNICAL TRAINING BY THE RESPECTIVE FUNCTIONAL HEADS AT WORK SPOTS WITH INITIAL FILM DEMONSTRATIONS, ANALYSIS OF CRITICAL INCIDENTS E.G., ACCIDENTS, LOSS CAUSED TO HUMAN BEINGS, PROPERTIES OF THE ORGANISATION,PUBLIC ETC, SHOULD BE INSTRUCTED AS PART OF SKILL TRAINING WITH PREVENTIVE STEPS. THIS PRACTICAL TRAINING AT FIELD/WORK SPOTS CREATES AWARENESS

By sub-oriental training. We never teach any skill in class room, be it diploma degree or any other program. Without practicals, this technical courses are meaningless. Due to lack of equipments, the Institutions cannot conduct much practicals. Technical degrees are sold. No skill is imparted in most cases.

I think the real task can be achieved by special periodic training program to do this we can start by training some volunteer members.Theses volunteer members can be used further as a trainer, some incentive money should be given to these trainers, government may appoint a supervisor to supervise the program and the outcome of the training program must be recorded on the basis various parameters.

Dear PM, I listen to u today through AIR, u talked about drug addition, i felt great happiness that PM think about it, but I want to tell u that it has become a profession of politics, no one can run this profession without help of govt. Punjab is the best example of it, where u have also an alliance with akali dal. People of Punjab completely despair with current state govt. Now u have auth and u must take strict action against wrong doer and their supporters. I hope u'll think deeply about it.

AFTER INITIAL INDUCTION INTO THE MINING SECTOR WITH RESPECTIVE QUALIFICATION, THE INDUCTION AND ORIENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR SOME PERIOD. LATER, THE FUNCTIONAL TRAINING HAS TO BE IMPARTED ON BROAD LINES..THE EVALUATION OF THE TRAINING PROVIDES VALUABLE INPUTS ABOUT THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED AT CLASS ROOM ENVIRONMENT. THE BEST PERFORMERS AT CLASS ROOM SHOULD BE SENT FOR TECHNICAL TRAINING AT FIELD SPOTS. AGAIN LECTURE FORM OF TRAINING FOR SOME TIME HAS TO BE IMPARTED SUPPLEMENTED BY FILM SHOWS.
