I do not agree coz practical knowledge comes from practical training on ground and not from class room.
Theory can make you understand the subject but the knowledge on how to do it right can only come from OJT and practical knowledge of the subject gained in field not in classroom

I think both are necessary and integral parts of training. Practical training needs a base or foundation of theoretical know-how. Also knowledge of theory needs to be experimented to judge authenticity.

The Swachh Bharat campaign is the single most important initiative by the Government, this merits complete support of all citizens. The question is how will the federal government ensure the local bodies like MCD, DJB, DJB, PWD deliver. Their execution capacity and capability is very weak. As of now they are both unable and unwilling to deliver. This will erode the credibility of the Federal Govt., a structural solution needs to be found. We must see this program to a sustainable level.
