The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

After Modi gov the diesel and petrol prices are reduced but it is seen that other commodities prices are as usual.Pl give task to think team and set prices of life's require items, so that people can really realize "Acche Din Aa Gaye".I think we can straightly set price of commodities with crude when it was similar to present price.

There Should be complete automation of mining sector, We can't take risk of utilizing raw man power in mines, It should be automated and handled by through trained engineers. Before allowing to start mining itself we have to implement these clauses very actively.

b. Practical classes The theory classes shall be handled at the training centre of the facility with training material and the practical classes shall be handled at the floor level/ work spot level. This will enable to develop the skills of an employee by this kind of method. Another major factor, when ever the technology gets amendments , the training of skill development should be in place based on the new amendments. Submitted for your kind perusal pls. Arun Kaliappan

Skill development is totally dependent on the job which it is related to. Skills in mining sectors are best developed by mixture of degree and full fledged vocational training. A person can have expertise with both technical and practical knowledge.

The 70 cror strong database of Aadhar can prove a powerful tool for investigating agencies. It is fact that criminal always leaves his identity at the scene of crime i.e fingerprints.Once the entire population gets UID with fingerprints and iris biometrics no criminal can escape from the law enforcing agencies. At least identity of the person(s) who committed the crime will be established beyond doubt scientific evidence will lead to speedy disposal of cases and faith in Criminal Justice System.
