Skill developement in mining sector requires a complete overhauling.Three way hand together is required.1. Government to create platform for utilising latest tools by the mining contractor.2. On spot training for the workers to use the latest tools.3. Transforming the laborious job into a smart work. It increases the productivity. Creates the competetion and passion among workers That is the key for growth.

Respected Prime Minister Sir please look up into the serious matter that we OM's and DEO's working in C.G.H.S., but we not got the salary since July 2014 day by day it is difficult to survive in such condition. Sir, C.G.H.S. Head Quarter cannot gave us any answer when we got the salary.

The skills is mandatory to run any work whether it is small or large. It is not necessary that the person should be educational qualified we have a tailor made programme to enhance their knowledge or information and side by side the process through which he can handle his job and make the work perfect. In this in-house as well as on floor also the training can be provide to these peoples. These programme should have authenticate by government agency which will help the participant & authority.
